Terms of Service – Manscaping London


  1. Introduction

Welcome to Manscaping London. By booking or receiving any treatment, service, or product from us (“we”, “our”, “the salon”), you (“the client”, “you”) agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before booking.
We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time, and any changes will take immediate effect once published on our website.

  1. Bookings, Deposits & Payments
        •    All appointments must be booked in advance through our booking system.
        •    A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. You may also choose to pay in full at the time of booking.
        •    Your deposit (or full prepayment) will be deducted from the final balance of your treatment.
        •    Payments can be made via card, contactless, cash.

  1. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
        •    We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
        •    Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours, no-shows, or late arrivals (beyond a reasonable grace period) will result in the loss of your deposit or full prepayment, depending on the amount paid.
        •    Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will have their deposit carried forward to a future booking or refunded upon request.
        •    Repeated no-shows or short-notice cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

  1. Late Arrivals
        •    Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
        •    Arrivals delayed by more than 10 minutes may result in a shortened service or the appointment being forfeited.
        •    Late arrivals are considered a missed appointment and are subject to the same forfeiture policy as above.

  1. Consultation Forms & Health Information
        •    All clients are required to complete a consultation form prior to their appointment.
        •    You must disclose accurate and up-to-date information regarding any medical conditions, allergies, skin issues, medications, or recent treatments that could affect your service.
        •    Failure to provide correct information may result in the refusal or termination of the treatment, and you accept responsibility for any resulting complications.

  1. Age Requirements
        •    All clients must meet the minimum legal age requirement for personal grooming services.
        •    Manscaping London serves clients who are 20 years old or above.
        •    Clients under the age of 20 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who provides written consent and remains present during the service.

  1. Conduct & Behaviour
        •    Manscaping London maintains a professional and respectful environment at all times.
        •    Any form of inappropriate behaviour, sexual harassment, or requests for sexual services will result in the immediate termination of the appointment.
        •    You will be asked to leave the premises immediately, and no refund will be issued.
        •    We reserve the right to permanently refuse future bookings in such cases.
        •    Aggressive, abusive, or intoxicated behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

  1. Service Refusal & Safety
        •    We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any service if it is deemed unsafe, unsuitable, or inappropriate for the client’s health or behaviour.
        •    If a treatment is refused on these grounds, any prepayment may be forfeited.
        •    Our staff are fully trained, insured, and operate under professional industry standards to ensure your safety and comfort.

  1. Gift Cards, Vouchers & Promotions
        •    Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
        •    They must be presented at the time of booking or payment.
        •    Promotions, packages, and discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
        •    We reserve the right to amend or withdraw offers at any time.

  1. . Liability & Insurance
        •    Manscaping London holds full professional and public liability insurance.
        •    All treatments are provided by a qualified male therapist.
        •    While every precaution is taken to ensure your safety, you accept that some treatments carry minimal inherent risk.
        •    Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

  1. . Personal Belongings
        •    You are responsible for your personal belongings during your visit.
        •    Manscaping London is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items brought into the salon.

  1. . Privacy & Data Protection
        •    Your privacy is important to us. Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
        •    Information provided in consultation forms is kept strictly confidential and used solely for treatment purposes.
        •    By booking with us, you consent to our use of your data for managing appointments, communications, and (if opted-in) marketing updates.

  1. . Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
